CorVel Corporation is a BWC (Bureau of Workers' Compensation) certified MCO with vast managed care and Workers' Compensation experience in 48 states. Hearing Aids Savings - Employees and their relatives of a company that is a Forest Park Chamber of Commerce member can save hundreds of dollars off suggested retail pricing of 15 brands of hearing aids. There is no enrollment cost or fee to use this program. If the hearing device purchased does not include a two-year factory warranty, a second year's repair warranty will be extended at no additional cost. This is a savings of $99 to $135.00.
